IATA

IATA (International Air Transport Association) Agent approved by IATA and registered in the IATA Cargo Agency List. This enables the agent, upon authorization of the IATA carrier, to receive shipments, to execute Air Waybills and to collect charges (air cargo).

The relationship between Member airlines and their registered Cargo Agents is regulated and administered under a set of IATA Resolutions. These Government-approved rules establish the rights and obligations of the parties, as well as the procedures and requirements for agents who wish to obtain and to maintain industry accreditation, thus becoming part of the airlines global cargo distribution network. Simplified procedures and conditions for agency accreditation have been developed to meet regional requirements. Recognition as an IATA agent has became a hallmark of quality for the airlines and public at large.

Our certification as an IATA cargo agent will allow us to continue strengthening and solidifying our system, providing customers with an even greater level of service.
